Terms & Conditions on Real Estate:  Minimum bid of $150,000.  A non refundable deposit of $3,500 is due by the winning bidder on auction day in cash or certified funds. Balance is due at closing. Settlement is to be within 30 days. To qualify for a three percent (3%) Broker participation fee, cooperating Broker must register Buyer 24 hours prior to the auction. Property is sold in its present condition with no warranties or guaranties. Property information package is available with full Seller's disclosure.
